Band Biography

     Crandall Creek is a high-energy Bluegrass band based out of Moundsville, WV. The band was started by Moundsville native, Jerry Andrews (vocals/guitar/writer). Over time, the band has evolved and grown to include incredible talented young musicians, such as; Jariel Henthorn, (vocals/guitar) also from Moundsville, Kathy Wigman Lesnock, of West Finley, PA (guitar/shakers/vocals/writer), Dustin Terpenning of Steubenville, OH (mandolin/banjo/vocals), Lilli Gadd of Wheeling, WV (upright bass/vocals), and Zac Gordon of Elm Grove, WV (fiddle).

     Crandall Creek has opened many shows at the Strand Theatre in Moundsville, WV and has had the opportunity to share the stage with some major players in the national Bluegrass scene. These acts have included Donna Ulisse and the Poor Mountain Boys, Volume 5, Alicia Nugent, and the up-and-coming Jakob’s Ferry Stragglers.

     Since their strong start, they have played on other stages that have been graced by many big names before them. Crandall Creek has played at the Purple Fiddle in Thomas, WV, Snowshoe Ski Resort in Snowshoe, WV, Ohiopyle House Café in Ohiopyle, PA to name a few. They have also been featured and played a few times, live in the studio, on The Donnie Gilbert Show on 1370 WVLY.
